Work
I started my career working for big multinational companies. They are mostly underpinned by western philosophy and steered by clear and rational work metrics. I always thought business essentially was straightforward, - there is the law of economy that proved to be right over the years, hence it's almost a science to practice. I was convinced that great business made it because they had a better grasp of natural laws. I also believed that business success was achievable by all as long as people keep learning and progressing, and fact-based decision should be the very basic in any organization. Years later, as I moved into more culturally-complex companies and moved up the corporate ladder, my naivety came under my own full scrutiny. This topic is ever so exciting and challenging - (multi) Culture @ Work.
